Supported by the Safe Surgeries initiative we will ensure that our staff understand the specific barriers faced by migrants in vulnerable circumstances. We might ask for ID or proof of address but we will ensure that a lack of any of these do not prevent patient registration.
If you wish to register please speak to a member of staff who can help and support you with the process of registration. We are a safe surgery for everyone in our practice area !
